El Centro Enrollment Form

El Centro de Estudiantes is a successful alternative high school, now in Frankford. We serve 200 students who are over-age, under-credited, and about two years behind or "off track." We can accept students with up to 13.5 high school credits.

There are essay questions at the bottom of this form. Please set aside some time to complete this form! There is also one essay question for a parent to complete.

Finally, there will be paper forms you may need to submit to the school as well. Someone from our front office will be in touch with you soon! Check our calendar or news page for updates about the next orientation.
